Meet Doctor Purpose

Identity Transformation Coach. Founder of Teen Rescue Academy™. Host of The Know Thyself Podcast.

Doctor Purpose (Donald T. Murphy Jr.) is a father and identity transformation coach. Through the Identity Mirror and Doctor Purpose Method™, he helps teens and parents examine learned beliefs, protective roles, and the choices shaping their relationships.

Teen Rescue Academy™ begins with a question: Who is your teen becoming under the pressure to be accepted, avoid rejection, or protect themselves from hurt? Teens explore self-worth and belonging. Parents examine their own reactions. Together, they practice listening, boundaries, and responsibility.

After narrowly escaping a 20-year prison sentence for a crime he didn’t commit, Donald’s awakening became his assignment. From that turning point, he’s spent over 24 years immersed in personal development, trauma healing, and spiritual embodiment—culminating in transformational systems like The Doctor Purpose Method™, Teen Rescue Academy™, Rescue Academy for Parents™, and Know Thyself Healing HeART™.

He’s not here to fix families—he’s here to reintroduce them to who they really are. When identity is restored, connection follows.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we begin before the 90-day course is ready?

Start with a discovery conversation about private coaching. The 90-day curriculum is still being developed. A private session can focus on one current challenge and a practical next step; it does not include the unfinished course.

Ready to take the first step?

Explore private coaching for your teen, yourself, or your family.

The 90-day Teen Rescue Academy™ curriculum is in development. Begin with a conversation about your needs and whether private coaching is a good fit. Coaching supports personal development; it is not therapy or crisis care.
